This is 100% clean site.
It is search engine like google ( but from misrosoft ) and you can easely change it in browser options menu under Home Page or Start Page or open specific page on startup...
I do not know what is big problem here?

This is not a program that can be removed or an extension that can be turned off and on in chrome.  It is a search engine, as is stated.  If you prefer Google, or any other, you can alter the order and make one primary, then Bing secondary in settings, search engine.  The other option is deleting it altogether in the settings of your browser, under search engines.  I have found Bing can sometimes be hard on a computer due to its graphics using flash player, or being intensive on the computers graphics.  The pics are beautiful though!  :-)  It is not malware.  It is a good reputable search engine.
