Can herdProtect be run along with Norton Security Suite on my computer?

I have Norton Security Suite (from Comcast) installed on my desktop. Can I run herdProtect at the same time without one interfering with the other? I don't know how much these 2 programs overlap (it's not clear from the website descriptions). Thanks for any info!

Yes it can!

HerdProtect is not active av program like standard av programs, it is passive scanner and have not "real time" protection modules so you can safely use it ;)

Yes, Herd protect is great to add to any system to check for malware. It is an addition to anti spyware, not a Spyware remover itself. We need a malware removal tool, as much as we need spyware scanners. - Dee 116 months ago
