Scan problem

Why does the scan suddenly stops at about 60% completion and the program disconnect itself?

Hi Gerry,

Your best bet is to contact support and they should be able to help you diagnose the issue.

I have contacted support. They asked additional info which I sent, but since no answer. I have installed the program on two other computers and everything is fine. But this one will not scan. - Gerry 26 months ago
