Fixing the essential windows files affected by the Unaisaleos Chrome extension

I recently got the malware Unaisaleos form the chrom extension, and it messed up a lot of files essential for windows

Eg: Hosts, BCD, and BootMgr


I was gonna reinstall windows, but my BCD file on my recovery partition is screwed up, and I wanted to know how I could safely fix the BCD file. Windows 8.1.  I'd appreciate this a lot!
