Hi there,
On both my laptop and computer, I get the same virus. it has only just started happening today. Every time I go to watch something on my computer, no matter what website or browser I am using, the webpage is overtaken by a "sheliminder.com" website, which I am only assuming is a virus. My anti-virus software detects and blocks the virus and prevents it from damaging my computer, however it's still annoying how I can't watch anything without the page being transferred to this "sheliminder.com" site. I did some research, and the only thing I came across was from herdProject, something about this "sheliminder" being related to java.exe. How do I stop this virus?

What O.S are you running, what Antivirus do you have installed on your machine. Give us as much information as you can.
You should download and install HerdProtect, then restart your computer and boot it in safe mode. Run a scan with herd protect, go to start, run, type down "msconfig" without "" and uncheck everything in the tab "startup". Run a full scan with your antivirus, if it is a well known AV. You have to be sure it is not a fake AV, that would be the main source of your problems.
