t.cttsrv.com. Can no one stop this?

I have ran multiple malware, adware, and registry scanners. I have also deleted and reinstalled Google chrome. But STILL t.cttsrv.com forces popup ads on my browser, and redirects me to other sites. I have searched and searched but apparently no one has an answer.

I've a thread on this very thing @ malwareremoval.com. Removal is still in progress as of this date  but it looks promising!

As I said in another post, check for infected host file. If your host file is modified by malware, there is a big chance you won't find anything running in your memory. Please check this guide:

I saw this post, and reset the host file. Still no changes. Thank you. - Mokie 116 months ago

This is easily the most annoying malware I've dealt with in years.

List of absolutely useless malware scanners which state "all is well, nothing found" even though this thing continually blocks access to explorer windows and often redirects once I am even able to get onto the site I want to be on:

NortonAV, Superantispyware, Malwarebytes.

If anyone has an idea as to how to get rid of this thing, please post it.

Update:

After finding no other help online and being totally blocked from accessing one site in my browser, I right-clicked the window, selected all, and saw that there was one large invisible image blocking the browser window. Properties revealed that it was a transparent gif image:

http://t.cttsrv.com/transparent.gif

Well, then, why can't I add this site to the Restricted list in the Security tab of IE Tools and block it? Too simple, I thought. Well, it worked. No more browser blocking. As for the redirects, I haven't seen any yet. Too simple and too good to be true but I'll take it for now.

Add http://t.cttsrv.com to your Restricted Sites list.
