"...probably clean"

For the past couple of weeks my scan results shows the "probably clean" message indicating that there is something still being scanned in the cloud.  I have run the extra scan several times as requested but same results.  I don't find any option for examining the suspect file or setting a different action for it.  What can I do to fix this?
